Secured API connection for contacts importer (hosted version)

We have recently installed SSL certificate on our API server.
To utilize the secured connection, please change:

define(”SERVERPAGE”, “iplusmedia.com/software/api.php”);

to:

define(”SERVERPAGE”, “www.iplusmedia.com/software/api.php”);
Once done, you need to ensure you have the following setting:

var $SSLConnection = true;

IPInvite .NET component available now

The .NET DLL component to initiate RESTful communication with our server is now available for download free-of-charge. A sample code and complete instructions are provided. Click here to download.

Planned desktop contacts importer

We are planning to introduce a desktop version of contacts importer. This version features exporting the contacts from remote address book to a CSV file. It helps you to save your time and efforts to not only backup but also compile the contacts together for references. For sales inquiries, please contact sales@iplussoft.com.

Announcement: Fair usage policy updated

As of 10th April 2009, we (Iplussoft division) have implemented this fair use policy on our contacts importer hosted version. We would advice our customers to have a read on the terms and conditions. This policy is implemented after it came into our realization from continuous monitoring of our services that abusive or excessive use of our services may cause possible bandwidth and network overloading and failure of our servers. Therefore, we are responsible to ensure all our customers get a fair usage over the services.
